  • All sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement piece, at our discretion, and cover the return shipping costs. Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable. Please ensure that the piece is carefully inspected before purchase as we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind.

    Processing Time

    • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the purchase is confirmed. If there is a delay for any reason (e.g., high demand or holidays), you will be notified via email.

    • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): For U.S. orders, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

    Packaging

    • Your 3x3 canvas will be carefully packaged in protective bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent any damage during transit. The canvas will be shipped unframed unless otherwise specified.

    Delivery Time

    • Domestic U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.

    • International Shipping: International shipping times can vary. Typical delivery times are 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

    Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

    • Some locations may experience longer shipping times due to geographic distance, local holidays, or customs processing.

    Returns and Damaged Items

    • Damaged Shipments: I take the utmost care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your 3x3 canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement.

    • Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
